Do you like Chicken Noodle Soup? This quick and simple Chicken Noodle Soup
recipe is so good. It tastes great and you feel wonderful after the first bowl.
I found this recipe in a box I inherited from my grandmother. I remember
spending a Saturday with her and grandfather and that lunch time smell of
something good cooking. This recipe took about 25 minutes to make and it makes
8 – 10 servings.
2 quarts of water
6 tablespoons of chicken bouillon granules
6 cups of wide egg noodles (uncooked)
2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups of cubed cooked chicken
½ cup of sour cream
1.
In a saucepan bring the water and chicken
bouillon to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender. Takes about 10
-12 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add the cream of chicken soup and
chicken. Heat thoroughly.
2.
Remove from the heat and stir in the sour
cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
This is one of our all-time favorites. I hope you and
your family enjoy.
